Develop and implement recruitment strategies in line with organizational manpower planning.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce forecasting.
Ensure alignment of recruitment practices with company culture and values.
Design and manage recruitment budgets and cost-effective sourcing channels.
2. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus recruitment, consultants, etc.).
Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality institutes, and universities.
Lead bulk and lateral hiring drives for hotel operations, management, and support functions.
Manage internal mobility and employee referral programs.
3. Selection & Hiring Process
Oversee screening, interviewing, and evaluation of candidates.
Implement structured interview techniques and competency-based assessments.
Coordinate interview panels and ensure timely feedback and offer rollout.
Negotiate offers and finalize compensation within approved guidelines.
4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Promote the organization as an employer of choice through creative employer branding initiatives.
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and campus events.
5. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain an updated recruitment database and dashboards.
Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and attrition trends.
Prepare recruitment MIS reports for management review.
6. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and train recruitment executives/coordinators.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance against recruitment targets.
