About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven

Recruitment Manager

to spearhead our hiring efforts in Textile industry. This role is critical to building our workforce by attracting, hiring, and retaining the right talent at all levels -- from skilled to unskilled.

What You'll Do

Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Lead and manage end-to-end hiring for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled roles. Build strong sourcing networks through field visits, job fairs, and community outreach. Manage a structured recruitment database and ensure accurate tracking. Collaborate closely with department heads to fulfill manpower needs on time. Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws throughout recruitment. Prepare and present recruitment MIS reports and hiring performance updates. Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve targets. Drive employer branding activities to make the company a preferred workplace.

What We're Looking For

MBA / MSW in Human Resources (Mandatory).

10+ years of experience

in recruitment, preferably in garments/textiles or manufacturing. Strong expertise in

MIS reporting, data analysis, and team management

. Proven success in handling

large-scale, fast-paced hiring

. Excellent sourcing, networking, and people engagement skills. Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
