Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent
Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements
Manage job postings on portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Lead, guide, and support the recruitment team
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under deadlines
Strong decision-making and leadership skills
