Recruitment Manager

to lead our hiring efforts and support our mission of bridging talent gaps across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

Design and implement recruitment strategies for bulk hiring of entry-level positions in industries such as Hospitality, QSR, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Blue-Collar roles. Develop innovative sourcing techniques to attract quality candidates.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes. Negotiate vendor contracts and evaluate their performance.

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.

Data Management & Reporting:

Utilize

MS Excel

for recruitment tracking, reporting, and analyzing hiring metrics. Provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.

Travel Requirement:

Travel as needed to conduct recruitment drives and coordinate with regional offices or partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of successful hiring in a

staffing agency
