- Recommendations: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Coordination: Work closely with department managers and hiring teams to meet recruitment needs.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical standards in recruitment practices.
- Engagement: Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field, with [X] years of managerial experience.
