The Recruitment Manager will lead end-to-end hiring activities, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure timely hiring of quality talent as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements in coordination with business heads
Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid, and senior-level positions
Manage and guide internal recruiters and external consultants
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and networking
Conduct interviews and coordinate with panel members
Ensure offer rollouts, negotiation, and closure within approved budgets
Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines
Improve employer branding and candidate experience
Reduce hiring turnaround time and cost per hire
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in interview evaluation and salary negotiation
Knowledge of recruitment portals, ATS, and hiring metrics
Team handling and vendor management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
6-10 years of experience in recruitment
Prior experience in team handling preferred
