Job Role: NAPS Recruitment Manager/Asst Manager
Position Overview
Responsible for driving end-to-end hiring and enrolment under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). The role ensures timely sourcing, mobilization, documentation, and onboarding of apprentices in alignment with client requirements and statutory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Mobilization
Identify and mobilize candidates for apprenticeship programs through various channels (campuses, ITIs, social media, local mobilizers, references).
Build a continuous pipeline of candidates for multiple locations and trades.
Conduct pre-screening and ensure candidate fitment based on client needs.
Understand client manpower requirements (trade-wise, location-wise).
Align supply timelines with client delivery expectations.
Share periodic updates/reports with clients.
Highlight bottlenecks proactively and provide resolution.
Key KPIs
Number of apprentices mobilized per month.
Onboarding TAT (offer to joining).
Accuracy & compliance of documentation (error-free uploads).
Client fill rate & satisfaction feedback.
Apprentice retention for first 3 months.
Portal contract approval TAT.
Skills & Competencies
Strong sourcing and mobilization capability.
Working knowledge of the NAPS portal and government apprenticeship guidelines.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage large-volume hiring.
Stakeholder management (clients, candidates, government bodies).
