Roles & Responsibilities

  • Graduation from a technical background (BE/B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc IT) preferred.
Manage recruitment teams and client interaction. Meet the recruitment goals including timely closure of positions and quality of hires. Enhance candidate experience. Enhance the sourcing channels and speed of hiring. Enhance quality of candidates and quality of screening. Attract good talent at fresher as well as senior levels. Improve backout rates. Improve closures via past employee referrals. Bring experience of using state of the art software around ATS, HRIS. Familiarity with Ai. Online and offline employer branding. Enhance reporting and key metrics measurement. Opportunity to work with niche skills.

Qualification and Experience

  • 8+ years experience in hiring.
5+ years in IT hiring. Bachelor in science/ engineering or Masters in other fields.

Technical Skills

  • Thorough understanding of the IT recruitment life cycle.
Well-versed with recruitment tools. Well versed with Excel. Ability to screen dev and IT candidates well. Knowledge of minimum 3 technologies.
