Qualification and Experience
8+ years experience in hiring.
5+ years in IT hiring.Bachelor in science/ engineering or Masters in other fields.
Technical Skills
Thorough understanding of the IT recruitment life cycle.
Well-versed with recruitment tools.Well versed with Excel.Ability to screen dev and IT candidates well. Knowledge of minimum 3 technologies.
