Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Recruiter

to manage end-to-end hiring for our organization. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates independently, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms. Stay updated on market trends and talent availability in relevant domains.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities. Attention to detail and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
