YOUR TEAM

You'll be at the center of everything, working as a strategic partner to our Founders, Operations Heads, and Restaurant Managers. You aren't tucked away in a back office; you are on the pulse of the business, collaborating with the people on the ground to understand exactly what (and who) they need to succeed. You'll be the bridge that connects high-potential talent to their dream careers at Poetry and Love and Cheesecake.

WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO

You'll report directly to the

Head of HR / Director

, someone who values your intuition and relies on your expertise to build the "Dream Team" that will take Brewworks to new heights across the country.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Talent Scouting:

You won't just wait for applications to come in. You'll be proactive--sourcing stars from hospitality schools, networking events, and digital platforms to find the "hidden gems."

The Candidate Experience:

You'll ensure that every person who interviews with us leaves with a positive impression of our brand, regardless of the outcome. You are the face of our "People First" philosophy.

Culture Guarding:

You'll lead the interview process, focusing not just on technical skills, but on "Culture Fit." You ensure that every new hire shares our passion for warmth, excellence, and genuine hospitality.

Onboarding Excellence:

You'll design and oversee the "First Week" experience, making sure every new team member feels welcomed, informed, and ready to shine from day one.

Strategic Growth:

You'll work with leadership to forecast hiring needs, ensuring we are always one step ahead as we open new locations and explore new concepts.

You have a proven track record of identifying high-potential talent in the hospitality or retail sectors.

Master of Connection:

You are an exceptional communicator who can build rapport instantly. People feel comfortable talking to you, and you know how to ask the right questions to uncover their true potential.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can manage multiple open roles across different departments without ever letting a candidate fall through the cracks.

Process Driven:

While you're a "people person," you also love a good system. You're comfortable using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and data to track your success and improve our hiring speed.
