We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

Recruitment Manager

to lead our talent acquisition efforts and ensure the timely hiring of qualified professionals across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, developing effective sourcing strategies, and enhancing our employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. Develop, implement, and optimize recruitment strategies and policies. Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and hiring priorities. Source top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations. Manage interview schedules and selection procedures. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management. Lead, guide, and develop the recruitment team. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, job portals, and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience leading a team is an advantage.
