Position Overview
The
Recruitment Manager
will be responsible for driving the entire talent acquisition cycle. The role focuses on manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring decisions, and ensuring smooth induction and orientation for all new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for all technical, support, sales, and leadership roles.
Develop job descriptions in collaboration with functional heads.
Source candidates through job portals, internal references and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct HR shortlisting, and schedule technical and managerial interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Perform HR interviews to assess culture fit, attitude, and alignment with values.
Coordinate interview panels, consolidate feedback, and maintain transparency.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring positions.
Reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire through best practices.
2. Pre-Joining & Offer Management
Conduct pre-employment checks (documents, employment history verification, etc.).
Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and Contract Agreements.
Maintain communication with selected candidates to prevent dropouts.
Track joining dates, notice periods, and candidate engagement activities.
3. Onboarding, Induction & Orientation
Design and deliver structured induction programs for new hires.
Ensure completion of joining formalities and document submissions.
Conduct Day-1 orientation on culture, policies, expectations, and systems.
Coordinate with IT/Admin for system access, ID creation, and workstation readiness.
Introduce new employees to their teams and ensure smooth assimilation within the first week.
4. Campus Engagement & Employer Branding
Establish partnerships with colleges for campus hiring, internships, and trainee programs.
Promote Grapes as an employer of choice within the healthcare technology industry.
Strengthen Grapes' employer brand through job postings, social media visibility, and networking.
5. Coordination on HR Operations
Probation confirmation follow-up.
Employee data handover post-joining.
Access card, email ID, and system creation.
Employee exit process.
Qualification & Skills
Master's degree in HRM / MBA HR
or relevant field.
5-8 years of experience
in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Strong experience hiring for IT/Software, Technical Support, Implementation, Sales, and Leadership roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong sourcing ability--job portals, Boolean searches, references, agencies.
Ability to handle high-volume hiring in a fast-growing environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR tools.
High energy, people orientation, and process discipline.
