Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR preferred)
5+ years of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition
Prior experience managing a recruitment team
Strong exposure to vendor, client, and branch coordination
Good understanding of recruitment-related documentation
Excellent communication and people-management skills
Overseas / international recruitment experience is an added advantage
