We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager - Overseas Hiring to lead our international recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, documentation).
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and recruitment partners.
Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations, labor laws, and visa processes.
Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with overseas employers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in international recruitment.
Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment processes (Gulf, Europe, Asia, ,etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple international projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?240,107.97 - ?386,242.49 per year
