Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions
Partner with managers to identify hiring needs
Lead and mentor recruiters
Source through portals, social media & referrals
Conduct interviews and finalize selections
Maintain hiring metrics and reports
Drive employer branding & campus hiring
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in HR/Business Administration
6-8 years recruitment experience (2-3 years in leadership)
Strong sourcing & volume hiring expertise
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Knowledge of ATS/HRMS & hiring analytics
