We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseas recruitment consultancy, strong team leadership abilities, and excellent communication and conversion skills.
Key
Responsibilities
:
Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet targets and deliver results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for overseas placements.
Identify new client opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships
Set performance goals and KPIs for team members.
Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for Team members.
Prepare reports and recruitment analytics for management.
Requirements
:
Minimum
2
years of experience as a Manager in an overseas recruitment consultancy firm* Proven ability to lead and motivate a recruitment team
Strong client handling and relationship management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and conversion skills
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
