We are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Aviation industry. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment across India for Non-IT and Sales roles, including mid, senior, and leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activities across India through multiple sourcing channels
Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Conduct salary negotiations and coordinate with internal teams
Perform reference checks and ensure all documentation until joining is completed
Qualifications & Eligibility:
MBA (Mandatory)
4 - 8 years of relevant recruitment experience
Age: 27 - 32 years
Gender: Male / Female
Required Industry Experience:
Non-IT Recruitment
Sales Recruitment (hardcore)
Mid, Senior & Leadership hiring
Head Hunting
Skills & Other Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Travel: Not Required
