The Recruitment Manager will lead and oversee end-to-end hiring activities for the India region. This role is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supervising recruiters, and ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and experienced in high-volume and specialized hiring.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the full recruitment cycle for all roles assigned to India operations.
Lead, mentor, and guide the India recruitment team to ensure performance targets are achieved.
Collaborate with department heads, stakeholders, and global recruitment teams (PH/US) to align hiring needs and job requirements.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various job boards, platforms, and recruitment channels
Conduct interviews for supervisory to managerial roles when necessary.
Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, and pipeline progress.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and standards.
Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional process.
Oversee vendor relationships, campus recruitment efforts, and external hiring partnerships.
Provide recommendations for process improvement and help streamline recruitment workflows.
Handle escalations, complex hiring challenges, and critical manpower requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS, sourcing tools, and modern hiring practices.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including coordination with global teams.
