Lead the complete recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and mobilization -- for international clients.
Supervise and guide the internal recruitment team to achieve timely closures and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with trade test centers, client representatives, and technical interview panels.
Ensure adherence to documentation protocols for overseas processing (visa, emigrate, medical, deployment).
Plan and execute bulk recruitment drives for major clients in the Gulf and Europe.
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities by onboarding overseas clients in the
Oil & Gas, Construction, and Facilities Management
sectors.
Negotiate service agreements, recruitment terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and contribute to business strategy development.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations.
Team & Operations
Manage daily operations of the recruitment department to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, travel, and visa processing.
Report recruitment status, pipeline updates, and business development progress to senior management.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve recruitment workflows.
Candidate Profile
Minimum
7-10 years of experience
in overseas recruitment, preferably with
Gulf or European market exposure
.
Must have prior experience in an
overseas recruitment agency
(not corporate HR).
Strong understanding of manpower categories, trade testing, and client coordination.
Proven track record in
business development and client handling
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment CRM tools.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
