Recruitment Manager
who can build strong store teams by hiring
food handlers, counter staff, kitchen staff, and store managers
across our outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for food handlers, kitchen staff, delivery staff, and store managers
Plan and execute
bulk hiring drives
for new store openings
Source candidates through
job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and final selections with operations team
Ensure
quick closures
for high-volume frontline roles
Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and joining status
Support onboarding and documentation process
Build a pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing manpower requirements
Ensure hiring meets company standards, hygiene, and compliance norms
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in
QSR / Hospitality / Retail hiring
Strong knowledge of
frontline and store-level recruitment
Ability to manage
high-volume hiring
under tight timelines
Good communication skills in
English & Hindi / local language
Familiar with job portals, social hiring, and field recruitment
Result-oriented with strong coordination skills
