Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for contract laborer, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and deployment.
Coordinate with
project heads and site supervisors
to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
Handle
third-party vendors
and maintain records of labour supply contracts, renewals, and documentation.
Ensure
compliance with labour laws
, statutory norms, and company policies.
Maintain an updated
database of all contract workers
, attendance, and wage records.
Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams for
payroll inputs, attendance validation, and payment processing
.
Conduct periodic
site visits
to monitor attendance, performance, and worker welfare.
Address and resolve any
grievances or issues
related to contract manpower.
Prepare and share
manpower reports, dashboards, and MIS
with management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
3-6 years
of experience in recruitment and contract labour management.
Familiarity with
Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act
, wage laws, and statutory compliance.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and basic HR software.
