Job Purpose



The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for Cafe Hideout across corporate, outlet, and franchise operations. The role involves creating efficient hiring systems, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring every new hire fits Cafe Hideout's culture and service standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with the company's expansion and manpower plans. Forecast short-term and long-term hiring needs across outlets, HO, and new franchise locations. Design standardized hiring processes and recruitment policies for all levels. Plan recruitment budgets and optimize cost-per-hire.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development



Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus placements, internal referrals, and industry networks. Build and maintain a talent pool for key cafe-level roles such as Baristas, Outlet Managers, and Chefs. Collaborate with franchise partners to support their recruitment needs.

3. Screening & Selection



Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews. Design and implement role-specific assessment methods for service roles (e.g., skill tests, situational interviews). Ensure cultural fit and brand alignment during hiring.

4. Onboarding & Documentation



Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and background verification. Ensure proper documentation, offer letters, and HRIS data entry. Collaborate with training team for induction programs.

5. Employer Branding



Promote Cafe Hideout as an employer of choice through social media, events, and partnerships. Lead initiatives like "Life at Cafe Hideout" campaigns, campus drives, and recruitment events. Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

6. Reporting & Analytics



Maintain recruitment dashboards, metrics, and monthly reports on hiring status, TAT, and attrition impact. Track hiring performance by outlet, region, and department. Present regular hiring status updates to management.

7. Compliance & Process Excellence



Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements. Continuously review and improve recruitment tools, systems, and SOPs. Implement digital recruitment tools and automation where feasible.

Time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics Quality of hire and employee retention rate within 90 days Recruitment TAT compliance Hiring pipeline strength and closure ratio Franchisee recruitment satisfaction scores Adherence to recruitment process and documentation standards

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

4-7 years of experience

in recruitment, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality sector. Experience handling multi-location and volume hiring. Strong understanding of cafe/restaurant staffing structure and role requirements.

Work Schedule & Travel



6-day working week Willingness to travel occasionally to outlets and franchise locations for recruitment drives or audits
