Looking for a seasoned Technical Recruitment Manager for GSK GCC\', Bengaluru.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

  • Candidate should have 8-10 years of tech recruitment experience
  • Will be responsible for handling demand fulfilment of 2-4 business units in tech
  • Act as talent partner for hiring managers and advice on the best strategy for demand fulfilment
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to handle global stakeholders
  • Should have team handling experience since he/she will be leading with RPO teams aligned to the function
  • Excellent negotiation skills as he/she will be working with senior leaders on offer approvals and delivering offers to candidates
  • Good problem solving & collaboration skills
  • Experience in using workday an added advantage
