Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Recruitment Manager

to oversee and execute the talent acquisition process for our growing automobile business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

end-to-end recruitment

within the

automotive industry

, ensuring timely and quality hiring to support production, engineering, sales, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

entire recruitment cycle

-- from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management. Partner with

department heads and hiring managers

to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies. Source candidates through

multiple channels

(job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, agencies, and social media). Maintain and update a strong

talent pipeline

for key and recurring roles. Handle

recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles

within manufacturing, R&D, service, and sales divisions. Develop and maintain

recruitment dashboards, metrics, and reports

for management review. Ensure a

positive candidate experience

throughout the hiring process. Coordinate with HR operations for onboarding and background verification processes. Stay updated with

industry trends and competitor hiring practices

to attract top talent. Drive

employer branding initiatives

to strengthen the company's image in the job market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

3-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience

in the

automobile industry

Strong understanding of

automotive job roles

(production, quality, design, service, etc.). Proven ability to

manage multiple positions and stakeholders

simultaneously. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in

ATS systems, job boards, and MS Office tools

. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment

.
