To Plan and manage recruitment & Selection of staff from job portals and from HR consultancy

as per SOP

.

To reduce the consultancy expenses and source candidates from the own / referrals.

Responsible for Source of Recruitment/Prepare JS & JD for concern Position/Shortlist/Technical Interview/Personal Interview/confirmation.

Recruitment Based on Manpower Budget / Employee Recruitment Form/Periodically Recruitment.

Selection based on recruitment panel authorization.

To arrange & conduct Interviews/Initial HR screening of the candidates.

Training & Development : Training & Meeting calendar Follow up:

Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs.

Create and monitor training calendar.

Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.

Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.

To conduct training related to HR system to subordinates

.

Preparing Contracts, Agreements, Letters, Circulars & Memos

Generalist-HR Followup:

- HR Generalist, Employee Grievances and Recruitment skills required.
- Payroll & Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, CLRA acts) skills needed.
- Admin Maintenance, Admin Purchases and 5S Implementation Skills required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
