1 End-to-End Recruitment Management
? Lead and execute the full recruitment cycle from manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing to final selection.
? Manage hiring across corporate functions, hospital operations, clinical departments, and senior leadership roles.
? Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines and budgets.
2 Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
? Build and maintain an active talent pipeline using job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus partnerships, and industry networks.
? Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract best-in-class healthcare and corporate talent.
3 Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration
? Collaborate closely with business leaders and department heads to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
? Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
? Facilitate interview panels and ensure best-fit selection.
4 Employer Branding
? Strengthen Shalby's employer brand through online presence, job fairs, healthcare conferences, and university tie-ups.
? Partner with marketing and HR teams to develop talent-branding content and campaigns.
5 Recruitment Operations & Compliance
? Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics (TAT, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire).
? Ensure compliance with HR policies, data protection standards, and regulatory guidelines.
? Drive standardization of interview evaluation processes.
6 Technology & Process Improvement
? Leverage HRMS/ATS platforms for efficient workflow management.
? Continuously improve recruitment processes through automation, analytics, and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
