Position Overview:
The
Recruitment Lead
will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing the entire talent acquisition strategy across the Skill and Education verticals. This role demands a
hands-on leader
who can handle end-to-end recruitment -- from sourcing to onboarding -- while ensuring alignment with business goals, project timelines, and manpower budgets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and strategic hiring expertise, especially within
skill development, education, or government-funded projects.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute the overall
recruitment roadmap
to support ongoing and upcoming projects across India.
Forecast manpower requirements in coordination with project and operations teams.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Operational Excellence
Ensure
timely and quality hiring
for both technical and non-technical positions.
Lead
mass and project-based hiring drives
(trainers, mobilizers, placement officers, etc.).
Manage recruitment dashboards, candidate pipelines, and reporting mechanisms.
Partner with HR Head and senior management to maintain recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of
HR recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
Set performance targets, monitor outcomes, and drive a culture of excellence and accountability.
Conduct regular review meetings to ensure hiring targets are met across regions.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate with internal departments and project heads for manpower planning.
Build and maintain relationships with
job portals, consultants, and academic institutions.
Manage
vendor empanelment, contracts, and performance evaluation
for recruitment partners.
Employer Branding
Promote Valeur Fabtex's employer brand through
digital hiring campaigns, campus engagement, and social media visibility.
Represent the organization at job fairs, training institutes, and placement drives.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7-10 years of recruitment experience
, including at least
3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of handling
PAN-India hiring
within Skill Development, Education, or Service Industry sectors.
Strong understanding of
project-based recruitment, manpower planning, and bulk hiring.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on recruitment experience.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and people management
skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and HRMIS tools.
Result-oriented and comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving abilities.
