Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for multiple roles across departments. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7-8 HR Recruiters

, ensuring productivity and performance. Set, allocate, and monitor

individual and team hiring targets

, ensuring timely closures. Build and maintain

talent pipelines

for recurring and future recruitment needs. Oversee sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and onboarding coordination. Track and present

recruitment metrics and reports

to management. Drive a

positive candidate experience

and strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

2-4 years of proven experience

in recruitment/talent acquisition. Minimum

2 years in a leadership or team-handling role

. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview processes, and recruitment tools. Target-oriented with experience in

high-volume hiring

. Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills. Decision-making ability with a solution-driven approach. Proficiency in using

job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networking platforms

. Prior experience in

healthcare or wellness recruitment

will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

?30,000 - ?35,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience and interview performance).

Work Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Weekly Off:

Sunday fixed off. Excellent
