About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and company websites. Ensure job descriptions are clear and appealing
2. Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all parties have the necessary details and materials
4. Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for the role
5. Act as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
6. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and other relevant information
7. Collaborate with recruiters and HR professionals to understand hiring needs and support ongoing recruitment efforts
