Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved
4. Utilize social media and job boards to attract potential candidates
5. Assist with creating job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
6. Provide support with onboarding processes for new hires
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance our recruitment efforts
