FPSJOBS is an innovative online educational job portal that came into existence in September 2015. FPSJOB is founded by IIT and NIT Alumni who previously worked in the education sector. The motive is to facilitate educational institutes which deserved candidates without any hassle. We provide orderly and skilled staff to the Edtech Platform, offline educational institutes, schools, and colleges in India and also facilitate the employees with great career opportunities. About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and update job postings on the portal
2. Source potential candidates from our portal
3. Draft recruiting emails to attract qualified candidates seeking jobs in educational institutes
4. Screen and filter incoming resumes and application forms according to institute requirements
5. Follow up end-to-end with existing clients regarding their staffing needs
6. Advertise job openings on the company\'s careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and internally
7. Manage all client-related data
8. Collaborate with clients to identify their future hiring needs
9. Act as a consultant to new hires, providing support during the onboarding process

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 200 per joining).
