Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future open positions.
2. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person to evaluate candidate suitability.
3. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
4. Serve as the primary contact for any questions from candidates.
5. Achieve weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
