About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates through online channels and networking.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
5. Update and maintain the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
6. Organize recruitment events and job fairs.
7. Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks.
