Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening applications. Coordinate interviews and assist in the selection process. Help with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of onboarding materials. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Participate in organizing employee engagement and training programs. Assist in conducting surveys and collecting employee feedback. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong desire to build a career in Human Resources. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
