We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to assist in our talent acquisition process. You will support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling interviews. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to learn about recruitment practices. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and contribute to building a strong team.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Interest in human resources and recruitment
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors or Masters degree
Must available to work full time: 9AM to 6PM/ 10AM to 7PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
