1. Assisting the HR team in identifying and onboarding talent for the organization.
2. Managing job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating and scheduling interviews within the team.
3. Supporting the entire recruitment process, including scheduling and overall hiring activities.
4. Handling salary negotiations, issuing offer letters, and managing onboarding and offboarding formalities.
