Role Overview



As a Recruitment Intern, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates. Your primary goal is to help our Talent Acquisition team find, screen, and hire top talent for IT and Non-technical roles. This is a fast-paced role perfect for a fresher looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities



Sourcing:

Identify potential candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and social media.

Screening:

Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication skills, salary expectations, and cultural fit.

Job Posting:

Create and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms to attract active job seekers.

Scheduling:

Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule virtual or in-person interviews and ensure a smooth experience for the candidate.

Database Management:

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date tracker (Excel/ATS) of all candidates contacted and their current status.

Onboarding Support:

Assist the HR team with documentation, background verification, and the initial onboarding of new hires.

Requirements (Freshers)



Education:

Graduate in any stream (BBA, MBA-HR)

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written English/Regional language skills (essential for screening candidates).

Tech Savvy:

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and a quick learner of new tools.

People Skills:

A high level of empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Proactive Attitude:

A self-starter who can handle repetitive tasks with high energy and attention to detail.
