About the Role


We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Recruitment Intern

to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives. It's an excellent opportunity for someone aspiring to build a career in HR, especially in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Own

sourcing

candidates through job portals (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, Internshala and other Gen AI apps), social media, and internal databases.

Screen

resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Schedule interviews

and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers. Support in

creating and posting job descriptions

across platforms. Maintain and update

candidate databases

, trackers, and reports. Help in conducting

Background verifications

and

offer rollouts

under supervision. Assist in

campus hiring drives

, internship programs, and onboarding activities. Contribute ideas to

enhance the candidate experience

and

employer branding

. Master

ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

usage and leverage it for better business outcome.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or MSW in HR (preferred).

Experience:

Fresher or prior internship experience in recruitment is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong written & oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of social media and online research. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in MS Excel, and MS Office. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment.
