Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our team. This is an internship opportunity suitable for freshers with no prior work experience required. The intern will be based in our offices located in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Madanapalle, and will be primarily responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Qualifications and Skills

• Strong sourcing skills to identify and attract potential candidates (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in screening resumes to shortlist suitable candidates (Mandatory skill).
• Effective interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates and team members.
• Ability to review and understand resumes to match candidates with job requirements.
• Data entry skills to maintain accurate candidate records and databases.
• Administrative support capabilities to aid the recruitment team with various tasks.
• Strong team collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members.

• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for specific job openings.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings to attract suitable candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline the recruitment process.
