Conducting initial telephonic interviews
Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and clients
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Following up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
Learning end-to-end recruitment process
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Strong vocal clarity and confidence on calls
Basic understanding or interest in recruitment
Willingness to learn HR processes
Good interpersonal and convincing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
