This internship is ideal for freshers or final-year students eager to explore a career in Talent Acquisition or HR. Successful interns may be offered a full-time position at the end of the program.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives

Candidate sourcing techniques and screening strategies
Interview scheduling and stakeholder management
Use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Eligibility Criteria
Fresh graduates or final-year students (Any discipline welcome)
Good communication skills (verbal & written) Interest in IT/Non-IT recruitment is an added advantage
