Roles & Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 1.1 Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for all levels of staff - from blue-collar workers to key managerial positions - for the new furniture manufacturing division and other business verticals. 1.2 Design and implement structured hiring systems that include primary screening, aptitude tests, character and behavioral tests, and language/communication assessments to ensure the right fit. 1.3 Collaborate with department heads to define clear job descriptions, competencies, and KPIs for each role, ensuring alignment with business goals. 1.4 Build a strong talent pipeline through partnerships with local job boards, skill development institutes, placement cells of engineering & management colleges, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach. 2. Training & Development 2.1 Design structured post-hiring induction programs covering company culture, policies, and job-specific technical training. 2.2 Organize continuous learning sessions, workshops, and personal development initiatives to upskill employees and enhance productivity. 2.3 3. Develop leadership development programs to groom high-potential employees for future managerial roles.
