Identify, source, and onboard new Associates to expand the sales network.
Plan and conduct induction and orientation programs for newly recruited Associates.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Associates to ensure engagement and productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact to resolve Associate queries and provide continuous support.
Enable Associates with project details, pricing, brochures, and sales tools to help them close deals effectively.
Coordinate and conduct site visits and walkthroughs for Associates and their clients.
Share regular project updates, incentive structures, and performance schemes with Associates.
Track Associate performance and share MIS reports and recruitment insights with management.
Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth deal closures through the Associate network.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in Associate recruitment, channel sales, or partner management, mandatory in real estate
Strong network of real estate brokers and Associate communities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Good presentation and training abilities
Strong understanding of the local real estate market
Target-driven mindset with a focus on network expansion and revenue contribution
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
