The Recruitment Team Leader oversees and guides the recruitment team to ensure timely, high-quality talent acquisition across the organization. This role combines hands-on recruitment with team management, ensuring that hiring targets are met, processes are optimized, and candidate experience remains exceptional.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and accountability standards for the recruitment team.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure workload balance and manage team capacity effectively.
Recruitment Operations
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments or business units.
Manage job requisitions, approvals, and prioritization with hiring managers.
Ensure consistent use of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and compliance with hiring policies.
Drive proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
AGE LIMIT :- 26 - 45 YEARS
Candidate Experience
Maintain high standards of candidate care and communication throughout the process.
Promote diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
Ensure timely feedback and closure for all candidates in the pipeline.
