Job Description

As a Recruitment Freelancer, you will source, screen, and place candidates across various industries. This role is commission-based, offering earnings based on performance, with no fixed pay for the first 100 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking Conduct initial screenings and interviews Manage candidate pipeline and ensure a positive experience Collaborate with clients on hiring needs Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities

Qualifications:

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong sourcing and communication skills Ability to work independently and build relationships Organizational and time management skills Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software is a plus

Compensation:

Commission-based with competitive rates Potential for high earnings based on performance

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
