End-to-End Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

Handle

complete recruitment lifecycle

: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding Manage

IT roles

: Software Developers (Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack) QA / Automation Engineers DevOps / Cloud / Data / AI / Cyber Security Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers Manage

Non-IT roles

: Sales & Marketing HR, Finance, Accounts Operations, Admin, Support
Headhunting & Lateral Hiring

Perform

passive candidate sourcing

through: LinkedIn Recruiter LinkedIn Boolean search Professional networks Industry references Drive

mid-senior & leadership hiring

Map competitors & talent pools Maintain high
