Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Partner with clients to understand manpower requirements, role specifications, and organizational culture.
Provide consultative insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
Talent Acquisition:
Source and attract candidates using various channels -- job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts till successful joining.
Process & Reporting:
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and client SLAs.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies to enhance quality and turnaround time.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong networking skills and market awareness.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
