Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth hiring closures
Support offer rollout and joining formalities
Requirements
1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Executive
Experience hiring for multiple roles (Tech & Non-Tech)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Good organizational and follow-up skills
