Job Role: Recruitment Executive / Telecaller (Teacher Hiring)

You will be responsible for calling, screening, and scheduling interviews for teaching candidates across various subjects and locations.

Key Responsibilities

Making calls to the applicants. Explain job details, school locations, and INNOCREUTR's teacher platform to candidates. Screen candidates based on qualification, subject knowledge, and communication. Scheduling Interviews everyday. Send company information and interview details through WhatsApp & Email. Handle queries, reschedules, and confirm attendance for daily interviews. Update candidate data in Google Sheets / CRM accurately. Follow up post-interview for documentation and joining process. Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Interview Panel for daily progress reports.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (Telugu, English, Hindi preferred) Strong convincing and coordination ability Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Email) Prior experience in

recruitment, HR calling, telecalling, or education sector

is an advantage

Qualification

Minimum Graduate (any stream) Freshers with good communication are encouraged to apply B.Ed / HR / MBA / Education background is an added advantage
