Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define staffing needs, developing sourcing strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and managing the recruitment database. The role also requires staying updated on recruitment trends, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to attract candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and perform background checks to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define detailed job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team, and gather feedback from interviewers.
Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Database & Metrics Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems, manage candidate databases, and track key recruitment metrics to report on activities and identify areas for improvement.
Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners like recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry best practices, recruitment trends, and market conditions to provide strategic insights. Required Skills
